We sometimes sell out quickly, have your personal information and team information ready:
- Name, address, personal email contact, phone, and emergency contact of someone not racing.
- Age of rider is age of rider as of December 31, 2025.
- If signing up other family members or team member, please have the individual information for each rider listed above, this includes individual email and phone contacts.
Pricing:
- Salty Dog 6 Enduro Hour: $115 per rider
- Salty Dog U15 3 Hour Enduro: $60 per rider (includes T-shirt)
- Salty Pup: $30 (includes T-shirt, very large home made cookie)
- T-shirts $35 plus GST, or $36.75. Please note when ordering T shirts, all T’s fit in a North American comfort fit. All T’s ordered may not be able to size adjust and all riders swapping into event may receive original T shirt ordered.
Rider transfer and team updates:
Accepted until May 1st, with a $10 administration fee.
Package Pickup:
We have a lot of racers! All racers MUST pick up their race packages on Saturday, May 10th. We understand this may be a challenge for some but it is too difficult for us to try and hand everything out the morning of the race. If you cannot make it Saturday, see our Buddy Pickup procedure below. If that is not possible, please contact us and we will help you arrange a buddy pickup.
Late (day-of) package pickup will incur a $40 fee.
Buddy Pickup:
Government issued identification is required to pick up race package. It is acceptable to pick up for another registered runner with confirmation (text/email) and/or photo of photo ID.
*Paper copy is not required; showing confirmation on electronic device (phone/tablet) is preferred.
Refund policies:
Racer partial refunds offered until Feb 28, 2025 less $30 admin fee, after Feb 28 no refunds, no exceptions.
If the 2025 event is cancelled or postponed, we reserve the right to roll your entry into 2026 as per details below:
- The registered rider understands that in the event that the Salty Dog Enduro Race is cancelled or postponed as a result of, but not limited to, an act of God, Pandemic, Natural Disaster, including but not limited to forest fires however caused, earthquakes, storms, and floods, war, strike, revolution, lack of or failure of transportation facilities, laws or interventions or actions of statutory bodies, major accidents during the race, or other such causes, the Salty Dog race event organizers will make every reasonable effort to reschedule the race to a later date. If the registrant cannot make the rescheduled date or subsequent year event, registrant acknowledges that no refund will be granted from entry into the 2026 Salty Dog Race.
- In the event that the Salty Dog Race is unable to host the 2025 event, whether on the originally scheduled date and/or subsequently rescheduled dates, on account of any reason mentioned above, Salty Dog Enduro event committee we allow you to apply/accept credit forward to the 2026 event only.
